I started as Brand Manager for the iconic Viper Room in Hollywood, where I developed a merchandising deal based on the venue’s heritage IP. Within six months, I launched ShopViperRoom.com and sold out our first collection. I then took the brand to MAGIC in Las Vegas, landing major retail accounts including Dolls Kill.
As sales scaled, I transitioned into Director of Operations for the owner’s broader portfolio—overseeing food & beverage and turning a long-struggling bar into a profitable business within six months.
The momentum caught the eye of Coach. Their team found us through Instagram and reached out directly. I negotiated a 16-point licensing deal for a $2.2M capsule collection featuring our artwork—worn by celebrities and credited as a catalyst for Coach’s pivot into limited-run collabs.
